Wright Runstad & Company is currently responsible for leasing and marketing over four million square feet of Class A office and retail space in Seattle and Bellevue in both owned properties and properties of other investors. The company has substantial expertise in drafting and negotiating proposals and leases, resolving leasing and occupancy problems with tenants and brokers, instituting marketing and reporting programs for diverse properties, and working with investors in regard to portfolio performance.
The company's leasing staff also formulates marketing and leasing strategies for development projects and maintains key relationships with tenants, brokers and potential users.
