Block 6 spans 11 floors and 329,000 square feet. It was the first Spring District building constructed north of the new Spring Boulevard, adjacent to the Sound Transit light rail line. Opened in 2023, the building is fully leased to Meta, which has sublet the space to Snowflake, a cloud data and artificial intelligence company.
