1500 Jefferson, located on the east side of the State Capitol Campus in Olympia, opened in July 2011. This project for the Department of Information Service (DIS) was the first major construction on the Capitol Campus in the prior two decades.

The building houses several state agencies, including Washington Technology Services, which manages the data center. The office complex offers a conference center with audio visual capabilities, a training center, a bicycle parking and showering facility, and a retail cafe.

1500 Jefferson is set within a landscaped environment reminiscent of the Olmsted design used on the remainder of the campus. The office building at 1500 Jefferson received LEED-CS Platinum certification in 2014.

In 2016, 1500 Jefferson was awarded “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (“TOBY”) award, in the Government Building category, for both the Pacific Northwest Region and the BOMA International level.
