The Brewpub is home to Bellevue Brewing Company’s new facility with a restaurant and expansive beer garden.  The Brewpub is a hub of activity, serving as a community center, a place that welcomes guests, and a central location that encourages interaction and idea generation. Floors 2 and 3 of Block 12 have 19,000 square feet of fully-leased creative office space.
