Halle Campbell
Assistant Project Manager
Halle Campbell is an Assistant Project Manager at Wright Runstad & Company, where she oversees ground-up development, tenant improvements, and special projects across the firm’s portfolio.
Her experience spans the retail, hospitality, and office sectors, including Urban Pickleball, downtown Seattle’s first luxury pickleball club; PCC Corner Market, the brand’s inaugural bodega-style concept; and Equinox’s entry into the Seattle market. She has also delivered a broad range of office tenant improvement projects. Halle brings a detail-oriented approach to every phase of development—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget are managed with precision.
Halle holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. She is an active member of CREW, NAIOP, and ULI, and has served on boards for the Seattle Symphony and Woodland Park Zoo, among other regional nonprofits.
