Jade Wethy
Property Manager (Tower 1201)
Jade serves as Property Manager for Tower 1201, overseeing daily operations, tenant relations and budgeting while supporting leasing efforts and maintaining communication with building ownership.
Before joining Wright Runstad, Jade began her career in Metro Detroit in 2014 as an Assistant Property Manager, gaining three years of experience across Class A and B
office, industrial and retail properties. She also worked at the Guardian Building, a historic high-rise office building in downtown Detroit, further strengthening her expertise in complex property operations.
In 2017, Jade relocated to Washington for a Property Manager role with Kidder Mathews, where she managed more than 800,000 square feet of mixed-use properties spanning office, industrial, condominium association and retail assets.
Jade holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Western MichiganUniversity.
