Mike Yellam
Vice President, Development
Mike Yellam serves as Vice President of Development at Wright Runstad & Company, where he oversees development projects through design and construction, ensuring a seamless transition to operations and property management. At Wright Runstad, Mike has led the delivery of Blocks 5, 6, and 13 at The Spring District.
Mike brings extensive experience across office, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use development in the Seattle and Bellevue markets. Notable projects include the Four 106 Office Building, a 460,000-square-foot office tower, and The Avenue, a 1,000,000-square-foot two-tower luxury residential and hospitality development above a shared retail podium in downtown Bellevue.
Earlier in his career, Mike developed a strong technical foundation as a general contractor through hands-on project management on complex urban developments, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Campus and The Olivian Tower, a 27-story luxury residential tower in downtown Seattle. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington, and currently serves on the boards of the Bellevue Downtown Association, Kennedy Catholic High School, and Central Washington University.
