Part of our team since 2005, Rainwater started her career at Wright Runstad & Company as a Property Administrator as the Edna Lucille Goodrich Building was being developed in Tumwater.  Over the years, Tohni took on more and more responsibilities first at ELGB and then transferring to 1500 Jefferson in Olympia, both properties managed by Wright Runstad & Company for state-owned entities.  Overseeing team members and providing excellent customer service to tenants, Tohni was promoted to Property Manager in 2018.
