Linda Hoffner
Vice President, General Manager (The Spring District)
Linda Hoffner is Vice President and General Manager at Wright Runstad & Company, where she oversees The Spring District, a 36-acre transit-oriented, mixed-use development in Bellevue’s Bel-Red corridor. She leads operations for 1.6 million square feet of completed office, retail, and shared public space, managing annual budgets exceeding $19 million.
Linda began her career with Wright Runstad managing assets in both Bellevue and Seattle, later expanding her experience with CBRE and Unico before rejoining the firm in 2020. Since returning, she has guided seven properties from development completion to full operational status and has played a central role in welcoming more than 6,000 employees from Meta and Snowflake to the neighborhood. She and her team have also successfully retained property management assignments throughout the transaction lifecycle of each office building in the district.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Linda leads the company’s wellness and philanthropy initiatives. She serves on the boards of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Rainier Athletes, CREW Seattle (incoming Board President, 2027), and Eastrail Partners. Linda has been recognized on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list (2023), 425 Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 (2023), 425 Magazine’s Women to Watch (2024), and as an American Heart Association Women of Impact Nominee (2026). She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.
