The Senior Building Engineer is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of computer-controlled equipment and electronics for building operations. The systems involved include HVAC, card access, work order dispatch and tracking, life safety, and telecommunications.

Responsible for assisting in the effective and continuous operation of all building mechanical and electrical systems including Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and other building utilities.
