Financial Accountant II

This position provides on-site financial support for the property management office.  The financial accountant is basically the property-level controller, responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company through maintenance of the general ledger, and providing meaningful financial information to management, owners, and lenders.  The financial accountant participates as an integral part of the on-site management team, providing input into staff and building operations and the provision of superior tenant/vendor services.

Responds to building-related emergency calls from tenants, owners or security personnel. Performs major and minor repairs relating to the property. Maintains professional communications with contractors, tenants and property management team.

The Building Engineer at the Rainier Square Block is responsible for assisting in the effective and continuous operation of all building mechanical and electrical systems. The position will respond to building-related calls from tenants, owners, and security personnel, while also performing major and minor property repairs.

Chief Engineer – Rainier Square Block

Rainier Square, Seattle, WA

The Chief Engineer at the Rainier Square Block is responsible for directing and mentoring a large team of building engineers, maintaining all building mechanical systems, optimizing utility consumption, developing and drilling fire and life safety plans and carefully managing all operational aspects of the physical plant including annual budgets, capital plans and monthly variances. The Chief Engineer supervises the work of the third-party multi-family management company by maintaining close communication with its maintenance manager and community manager, ensuring that overall building quality is maintained and systems such as elevators and fire alarms are tested successfully and with minimal negative impact on tenants or residents.
