The Retail Pavilion is a two-story structure housing a ground level deli and second floor restaurant with open air deck which are available for lease. The basement level includes parking for approximately 350-400 bicycles, bike facility. The Retail Pavilion will be a hub of activity for the emerging Spring District neighborhood and a distinctive waypoint for transit riders and cyclists.
