Amanda Yapp
Property Manager (The Spring District)
Amanda Yapp serves as Property Manager for The Spring District at Wright Runstad & Company, where she oversees operations of the firm’s 1.5-million-square-foot portfolio of mixed-use assets. Her work focuses on operational efficiency, workflow management, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Prior to joining Wright Runstad, Amanda earned her master’s degree from the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington, where she was awarded the H. Jon & Judy M. Runstad Endowed Scholarship in Real Estate Studies for the 2024–2025 academic year. She completed consecutive MBA Summer Associate rotations with CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions division, focusing on operations, analytics, and workplace strategy in support of global technology clients.
Amanda brings a people-first approach to building operations and tenant relationships, drawing on her background in customer service and corporate real estate. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women Network) Seattle, which she credits as a catalyst for her pursuit of a career in property management.
