Duncan McCoy
Senior Investment Associate
Duncan McCoy is a Senior Investment Associate at Wright Runstad & Company, where he supports the firm’s investment and development activities, including financial analysis, underwriting, and evaluation of new development and acquisition opportunities.
Duncan joined Wright Runstad in 2019 and has contributed to a variety of office and mixed-use projects, including developments at The Spring District and the Rainier Square Block, which together represent more than 3.3 million square feet of office, multifamily, and retail development. He collaborates closely with the firm’s development team on financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction analysis, and works with debt and equity partners to support project capitalization and execution.
Prior to joining Wright Runstad, Duncan spent three years at CBRE as part of one of the region’s leading institutional multifamily brokerage teams, during which the team closed more than 175 transactions totaling approximately $5.4 billion across the Pacific Northwest. Duncan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business.
