JB Gibson
Development Manager
JB Gibson serves as Development Manager at Wright Runstad & Company, where he oversees project execution, budgeting, scheduling, entitlements, and team coordination for commercial office and life science projects across the Pacific Northwest. He plays a key role in Wright Runstad’s partnership with the Puyallup Tribe of Indians on office and industrial developments, and manages a variety of commercial office tenant improvements throughout the portfolio.
Prior to joining Wright Runstad, JB served as Senior Project Manager and Owner’s Representative at Westlake Consulting Group, where he represented owners and developers on major ground-up construction projects, including life science developments at 1150 Eastlake Ave E, 701 Dexter, and 601 Dexter in South Lake Union, as well as the Health Science Building for Gonzaga and UW in Spokane. Earlier in his career, he served as Construction Services Manager at Clise Properties and as Senior Project Engineer at Sellen Construction, contributing to projects including UW Medicine Lake Union, Cirrus Apartments, and Stratus Apartments.
JB holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) and a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington, along with certificates in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Financial Modeling. He serves on the Mercer Island Planning Commission, is a Leadership Tomorrow Class of ’24 graduate, and previously served on the AGC Board of Trustees.
