Ronni Whetsell
Property Manager (Rainier Square)
Ronni Whetsell serves as Property Manager for Rainier Square, Rainier Tower, and 400 University at Wright Runstad & Company, overseeing operations for one of Seattle’s most prominent mixed-use destinations in the downtown core. In this role, she is responsible for more than 1.7 million square feet of office, retail, residential, and parking space.
Ronni works closely with property management, engineering, security, janitorial, and service teams, as well as ownership, leasing partners, and tenants, to support day-to-day operations and overall portfolio performance. She is actively involved in tenant and community engagement and retention initiatives, with a focus on creating an environment where tenants, residents, and visitors feel welcomed and well-served.
Ronni serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), supporting initiatives that benefit the commercial real estate industry and property management professionals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
