Jeff originally joined our company in 2005 as assistant chief engineer when Wright Runstad & Company managed the Metropolitan Park properties for Walton Street Capital, staying on with CBRE when the properties sold. Hendrickson returned to our engineering team at 1201 Third Avenue in 2015 and was promoted to Chief Engineer at 2601elliott in 2020.
