Jeff Kasowski oversees all engineering operations across Wright Runstad & Company’s managed property portfolio and plays a key role in supporting new development projects. Under his leadership, the company’s managed properties achieved LEED-EB and ENERGY STAR certifications while advancing initiatives focused on energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction.
With more than 40 years at Wright Runstad & Company, Jeff has been instrumental in the commissioning and opening of major Bellevue high-rises, including One Bellevue Center and Rainier Plaza (now Symetra Financial Center). Throughout his tenure, he has implemented essential operational systems across the portfolio, including preventative maintenance programs, property keying systems, centralized stores, and comprehensive Fire and Life Safety programs.
