Gayle Powell
Vice President, General Manager (Rainier Square Block)
Gayle Powell is an experienced real estate professional at Wright Runstad & Company, where she manages the prestigious Rainier Square Block of properties—comprising Rainier Square, Rainier Tower, and 400 University in downtown Seattle—totaling over 1.7 million square feet of Class A commercial office, residential, and retail real estate. Her clients include corporate, government, institutional, private, and nonprofit entities. She leads and oversees property management teams in daily operations, building start-up, and property management commissioning.
Gayle’s career is distinguished by a record of LEED certifications and industry recognition. Professional highlights include: LEED v4.1 O&M Gold certification at Rainier Square (2024); LEED v4 EBOM Gold at King Street Center (2017); LEED EBOM Gold at King Street Center and the Amazon.com Building (2012); and International TOBY Awards for the 1500 Jefferson Building in Olympia (2016) and King Street Center in Seattle (2005).
Gayle has also served on the BOMA PAC of Washington Board (2017–2020) and co-chaired the Government Affairs Committee (2019–2020). She is a current member of CREW (2024–2025).
