A long-tenured team member at Wright Runstad & Company, Powell originally joined our property management group in 1988 and has been General Manager since 2007.  Gayle is responsible for leading and overseeing property management teams in daily operations and new-building start-up and commissioning.  Gayle’s portfolio includes over one million square feet of Class A commercial office high rise, low-rise and retail space in Seattle and the South Puget Sound regions.  During her career with Wright Runstad & Company, Gayle has provided the guidance necessary to be successful with two International TOBY awards and several LEED EBOM Gold building designations. 

Gayle is a board member of BOMA PAC of Washington and Co-Chair of BOMA Government Affairs Committee.
