Edna Lucille Goodrich Building was developed for the State of Washington, and was the first building to meet the state’s high performance energy standards. The Class A building was awarded a LEED Gold rating by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2006.

The building has nearly 2,400 square feet of retail space on the first floor, a 4,000 square foot shared auditorium/conference space, and a 3,500 square foot data center. Classic materials such as brick, metal and stone were utilized and interpreted in a modern way to create a timeless building. Exterior glazing allows natural light to flow through the structure.

In 2006, the Edna Lucille Goodrich Building was the first building in the state to be awarded a LEED Gold rating by the U.S. Green Building Council.
