Rainier Tower is a 538,000 net rentable square foot, Class A office building located in the heart of downtown Seattle. As one of the eight buildings making up the Metropolitan Tract, Rainier Tower is owned by the University of Washington. The tower’s 29 office floors sit atop an 11-story inverted pedestal base, giving the building its iconic shape. Tenants enjoy sweeping views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

Located on the block bound by Fourth and Fifth Avenues and Union and University Streets, Rainier Tower is adjacent to the new Rainier Square.
