Michael Yoo joined the company in 2024 with an extensive background in real estate investment, acquisitions and asset management. Especially in the Pacific Northwest, Michael fostered deep relationships within the tenant, capital, brokerage, and institutional communities. 

As a principal of the firm, Michael plays a pivotal role in the management of the company and its prospects for new business. 

In his previous role as executive director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Michael was heavily involved in various investment activities in Seattle and the Eastside including Rainier Square and Blocks 16 and 24 of the Spring District.  

Michael earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
