Skyler Bruhy

Skyler Bruhy serves as Chief Engineer for Wright Runstad & Company’s South Sound properties in Olympia and Tumwater, where he leads a team of engineers responsible for the operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems and equipment across the portfolio. He oversees day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring facilities run efficiently while upholding high standards for safety, performance, and tenant service.

Skyler brings extensive experience in preventative maintenance programs and large-scale facility operations. He coordinates system maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems, and implements proactive strategies to extend equipment life and minimize downtime. In 2024, he also played a key role in the opening of the Administration Building for the Puyallup Tribe in Tacoma, helping ensure all building systems were fully operational at launch.

Prior to joining Wright Runstad, Skyler served as Maintenance Manager for seven years at a large waterpark resort, where he managed preventative maintenance programs and oversaw complex mechanical systems including HVAC infrastructure, pumps, filtration systems, and water attractions. This experience in a high-demand, guest-focused environment strengthened his expertise in reliability, rapid problem-solving, and operational continuity.
