One Capital Center - Wright Runstad

One Capital Center is located in the heart of downtown Boise just six blocks from the state Capitol. The building contains 230,438 net rentable square feet and is occupied by such tenants as Century Link and CH2M Hill. Completed in 1975, it was the first office tower to be constructed in Boise’s downtown redevelopment area. One Capital Center provides excellent views of downtown and the Boise foothills.
